Go heavy. Many women are afraid of touching a dumbbell because they think they will turn into the female hulk. Do not stress! Testosterone is a critical muscle-building hormone. But remember, women produce much less testosterone than men. If you want to build muscle, you need to set down those five-pound dumbbells and go heavier. Muscles will only grow when they’re stressed. Do yourself a favour and focus on you! Do not compare yourself to others or at the end of the day you will lose focus and inevitable become dissatisfied.
